Conceptual plans for waterfront development along the Keuka Outlet in Penn Yan were presented to the public for the first time Nov. 20.

An audience of more than 80 people heard and saw some of the possibilities that developed through a waterfront study that has been underway for several months. Several individuals in the audience had taken advantage of a walking tour of the area May 18, and their input from the tour was considered as the plan was developed.
